This Privacy Policy describes how Prosperity Games ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile game "Cyber Fusion".

1. Information We Collect

To provide game functionality, display advertisements, and analyze gameplay, we collect the following types of data:

a) User Identifiers

We do not collect physical device identifiers (such as IMEI or MAC address). The game generates a random unique identifier (UUID) upon the first launch, which is assigned to your game installation. This allows us to save your progress and statistics without identifying you personally.

b) Gameplay Data (Statistics)

We collect anonymous data regarding your game progress, including:

Scores, levels reached, and session durations.
Input style information (buttons vs. gestures).
Statistics on bonus usage and game mechanics (e.g., "Golden Fusion").
In-app purchase status (e.g., Premium status).

c) Advertising Data

Our Service uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's Advertising ID (AAID on Android) to serve personalized ads. You can reset this identifier in your device's settings.

d) Crash Logs

We may collect anonymous crash reports to help us fix technical bugs and improve game stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Save your game state and statistics on our servers.
Analyze game balance and improve quality (e.g., detecting overly difficult levels).
Serve advertisements (via Google AdMob) in exchange for in-game rewards or to support the creator.
Process in-app payments (Google Play Billing).

3. Device Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to send local game reminders (e.g., "Time to play!"). You can disable this permission in your Android settings.
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to download ads, process purchases, and send gameplay statistics.
BILLING: Required to process Google Play Store transactions (e.g., "No Ads").

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data necessary for service operation only with the following partners:

Google AdMob: Advertising provider. Google Privacy Policy.
Google Play Services: Payment and distribution handling.
Hosting Provider: Our analytics server provider where anonymous gameplay data is stored.

5. Data Security

All statistical data sent to our server is secured and digitally signed (HMAC) to prevent tampering.

6. Children

Our game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data only for the period necessary for gameplay analysis and service provision. To request deletion of your gameplay data associated with your UUID, please contact us at cyberfusion.game@gmail.com providing your Player ID (available in the game Settings menu). We will process such requests and remove your data from our servers.
